Weaver Bar
Mitzvah September 10th
We are pleased to
announce that Max Stern Weaver will be called to the
Torah as a Bar Mitzvah on September 10th,
2005 at Temple Chai. Max is the son of member
Kathy Stern Weaver and Donald Weaver, brother to
Beth and Adam and grandson of Lenore and Howard
Stern of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Beverly Weaver of
Heath, Ohio.
Max has studied for this
occasion at Temple Beth El in Missouri City, Texas,
in San Antonio at Congregation Agudas Achim and
presently with Cantor David Silverstein at Temple
Chai.Max is an eighth grade
student at Barbara Bush Middle School. He enjoys
studying Math and participates in the theater group.
He is a member of the Lions Futball Club, and was a
member of the 2005 Maccabi Soccer Team and he spends
his free time playing soccer with his friends. Max’s
Mitzvah project is to contribute a part of his
monetary Bar Mitzvah gifts to Temple Chai and to
Jewish Family and Children’s Service of San Antonio.
